The Sleeping Beauty Suite (Apartment 10) is a beautiful retreat that impresses with both its unique furnishings and its exclusive location. With a separate staircase and its own entrance, the suite offers guests maximum privacy. It is located on the second floor and is complemented by an adjoining garage.
The Honeymoon Suite is the smallest, but at the same time the finest room in the hotel and offers the ideal space for romantic hours for two on an intimate 25 square meters. It is located on the second floor, directly above the barbecue area, and offers a wonderful view of the adjoining garden area.
The Habsburg Suite is one of the most beautiful and exclusive apartments in the hotel and offers generous living comfort on around 50 square meters. Two balconies, which provide plenty of light and a pleasant connection to the outside world, make this apartment a special highlight.

On our Lipa-i estate there are 4 vacation accommodations to choose from for a short break or longer stay – ideal for relaxing and experiencing Paraguayan country life away from the hustle and bustle.

The charming vacation home *Bamboo-Roga* is the perfect retreat for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing break in a unique setting. This small but cozy house offers space for up to two people and impresses with its special charm and well thought-out furnishings.
